Friday 8th December
As I finish mucking out stables, there's a brief snow flurry which quickly starts to settle. I head off home to check on the weather forecast; it's looking wintery! With a weekend off in front of me, I hope for a whiteout to take a few photos - something that hasn't happened for as long as I've been into photography.
Sunday 10th December - 5.30am
I wake up before my alarm and check outside the window. The ground is covered in snow and there's more falling heavily. My kit's already packed up and ready to go, so off we go! There was a brief stop at Broadway village, but heavy snow and darkness were not a great combination so I continued up to Snowshill and this scene was just too good to miss:
'SNOWSHILL PHONEBOX'
Absolutely frozen solid, my other half and I headed back home for a quick defrost and then pulled our boots back on and headed down to Croome Park. It didn't look like too many people had been down there so all was fairly fresh looking. Here are the results:

'FROZEN LAKE'
The following day, we headed out for one last photo session before the snow all melted away. There's a tree we've driven past countless times and thought this would be a great opportunity to capture it:
'LONE TREE IN WINTER'
I hope you've enjoyed reading through this post, sorry it's late!
